Hey, Kat! Great article so far! I like how you divided the article into important subsections. Under the product tab, I got a little confused as to what the messages were regarding, so maybe add in a couple words about the subject of the messages that they're sending? Article is looking great so far! I think that the citations are on point, and that you currently have a solid foundation to build upon. I think one cool thing to implement once you have more info would be sectioning the "history" section into subsections so that it can have a flow to it.
