Tripartite pact edit

Hi, I see you added some content to that page. Few recommendations from a fellow editor: if you add text to an article, it is not a minor change (your edits are marked so). You should also add references directly behind the text you are referencing (your text looks like it is refenced by sources already in place). It is similar to writting a scholarly article.
