Wikipedia has rejected the request for name change. The reason provided was: "Usernames that are simply names of companies or groups are not permitted. However, usernames are acceptable if they contain a company or group name but are clearly intended to denote an individual person, such as "Mark at WidgetsUSA", "Jack Smith at the XY Foundation", "WidgetFan87", etc. Please choose another username and place a new request."KD Content (talk) 06:28, 13 December 2019 (UTC)

Then you should submit another request with a username that complies with the username policy. Your username cannot be that of any organization and must indicate a specific individual is exclusively operating this account. You don't need to use your real name, just something individualistic. If you want the name of your hospital as part of your username, you can format your username as "Username of KDHospital". 331dot (talk) 08:27, 13 December 2019 (UTC)

But wikipedia is accepting this name as "individualistic" and it is being used exclusively by me then why are you having issues! KD Content (talk) 08:49, 13 December 2019 (UTC)

Wikipedia is not 'accepting' this name, as it clearly is a role account for your hospital. Instead of being blocked, you have been given the chance to change your name yourself. 331dot (talk) 08:51, 13 December 2019 (UTC)

December 2019

Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits to Wikipedia:Teahouse while logged out. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting and doing so may result in your account being blocked from editing. Additionally, making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity.
