I have carefully examined the page Draft:Carlos M. Fernandez, and observed the following facts. (1) Some of the content of the page is gibberish, such as strings of meaningless repeating letters, and long strings of meaningless numbers. (2) Some of the content is clearly false, such as the claim that Scarlett Johansson is Fernandez's child. (3) Some of the content makes no sense, such as giving a television channel as his "resting place" after his death, and likewise giving a television channel as his spouse. (4) The page contains the words "call now" followed by a number: if this is not nonsense, then it is an invitation for readers to call a phone number, which is not a suitable thing for a Wikipedia article to do. (5) The image in the page, which is described as being a pictur of Carlos M. Fernandez, is in fact a picture of someone completely different. (6) An earlier version of the draft contained an image labelled with his name, which was not even a picture of a person at all. I can only conclude that the page is not, in fact, a genuine draft for an article, but rather a test page or a mere place to play around. I shall therefore delete the page, and I am posting this message to the talk pages of the accounts and IP addresses which have contributed to the page, to warn the editor or editors in question not to play around on Wikipedia or post nonsense here: doing so may lead to being blocked from editing.
