References in Aetherius Society edit

Couls you please use more complete references? Including the book title? For example the first reference "Barrett, David V. (2011) p.122" misses the book or article title. I edited this article years ago. Thanks in advance. Andries (talk) 16:57, 27 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi Andries, Thanks. There's some tech associated with this first ref, something to do with it being the ref used in the chart (top right) for the membership nos. Ian Thomson updated the chart using the ref, so it works OK. If we made this ref [no.1] the main Barrett ref, it looks to me like there'd be a lot of amending, so maybe will leave for now. But I'm not an expert yet, maybe there's a short way. Intend to get to the end of this entry, then maybe I could look at improving the refs, unless someone else has done it. I think only one full ref for each source is necessary, but this can be done various ways, e.g. a separate list for the full refs, as in a bibliography. Hi there, found out how to correct ref - not too complicated. Done. Jyddcc (talk) 23:07, 29 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
