Speedy deletion nomination of Mid Sixties Muscle edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Mid Sixties Muscle requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. bonadea contributions talk 11:58, 3 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi, and thank you for your message on my talk page! If you contact the administrator who deleted the page, User:Smartse (talk), they will be able to send you a copy of the text. I can't see deleted content, so unfortunately I'm not able to help you. Thanks, and happy editing! --bonadea contributions talk 12:35, 3 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

I'm sorry to be bothersome about this - I don't know how to contact the administrator. The automated email I got said that: "The Wikipedia page "User talk:Jpilk99" has been changed on 3 January 2012 by Bonadea". How do I contact "Smartse"?

I really do want this artical to talk about the beauty of muscle cars and how people love the really rare and hard to find ones. At the same time, I do understand that - since I have a hobby/business finding these cars - it could be found to be advertising. If I can re-do it, I'll take out the advertising. Again, I really liked what I had put together and can use it on my personal website. Just need to get that content back.

Please help. And thanks :-).

Jay --- I just found "Smartse"; no need to Reply Bonadea. Thank you :-)

Hi Jpilk99, you can find the article you started at User:Jpilk99/Mid Sixties Muscle. It is unlikely that we can include an article on your business at the moment as it appears to have not received "significant coverage from multiple reliable sources" which is required for companies to have an article. WP:MFA explains what articles should mention and what we should have articles on. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks SmartSE (talk) 15:32, 3 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, but that was all that was when I deleted it - you probably clicked [edit] before I deleted it, then tried to save after I deleted it and what you had written got lost. Sorry again. SmartSE (talk) 15:49, 3 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
