March 2014 edit

Hello, I'm Geraldo Perez. Your recent edit to the page Aurora (Disney) appears to have added incorrect information, so I have removed it for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. See http://princess.disney.com/aurora Geraldo Perez (talk) 03:10, 24 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Ariel (The Little Mermaid) ‎ edit

Hello, just to let you know, I reverted your addition to Ariel (The Little Mermaid) because the reference you linked to was a fan interpretation/analysis of the movie, and isn't a reliable reference by wikipedia's standards. (See: WP:QUESTIONABLE) AD (talk) 22:18, 17 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I see you're still trying to add that to the article, we can discuss it here if you like? What you added is considered original research and isn't allowed, what's needed is a reliable reference. AD (talk) 23:09, 20 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hello again, I just reverted another of your edits, would you like to discuss it? AD (talk) 00:34, 12 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

June 2014 edit

Please do not add or change content, as you did to Cinderella (Disney character), without verifying it by citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. NeilN talk to me 11:16, 20 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Cinderella (Disney character). This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. NeilN talk to me 16:23, 20 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Cinderella (Disney character). NeilN talk to me 13:40, 21 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at Cinderella (Disney character) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. NeilN talk to me 12:39, 22 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. June 2014 edit

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.  Acroterion (talk) 11:24, 23 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

July 2014 edit

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Maleficent. NeilN talk to me 06:39, 7 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by inserting unpublished information or your personal analysis into an article, as you did at Princess Jasmine. NeilN talk to me 00:41, 17 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

The next time you make an edit list this, I will ask at WP:ANI that you be blocked until you show you understand and can abide by our no original research policy. --NeilN talk to me 21:32, 17 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Notice edit

There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is Three "final" warnings, editor still adding OR. Thank you. NeilN talk to me 13:43, 23 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Disruptive editing edit

Hi. Your edits appear to be in good faith, but the constant addition of unsourced material is disrupting a number of articles. As this talk page shows, you've been asked many times to stop doing it but insist on returning to the same articles to add the same unsourced claims. This account has been temporarily blocked from editing, to try to bring that disruption to an end.

Please use the fairly short duration of this block to read up on what is required for Wikipedia entries - reliable secondary sources that confirm material added to articles, not either original research or syntheses, both of which are present in your guesses at the fictional nationality of cartoon characters.

Please let me know if I haven't explained what the issue is, and hopefully these issues can be resolved going forward. Euryalus (talk) 13:56, 23 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Cinderella (Disney character) edit

To reply to your message, all you need to do is provide a reliable reference that Cinderella is French if you want to add that to her page. So far you've only been adding your original research, but no reliable references. AD (talk) 00:13, 29 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

August 2014 edit

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Snow White (Disney), but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 07:39, 4 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Evil Queen (Disney). Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Jim1138 (talk) 07:39, 4 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did with this edit to Rapunzel (Disney). Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Jim1138 (talk) 07:40, 4 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

This is the only warning you will receive. Your recent vandalism will not be tolerated. Although vandalizing articles on occasions that are days or weeks apart from each other sometimes prevents editors from being blocked, your continued vandalism constitutes a long term pattern of abuse. The next time you vandalize a page, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia without further notice. Jim1138 (talk) 07:41, 4 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 6 months for persistent disruptive editing. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Euryalus (talk) 21:13, 16 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
As above, your edits may be in good faith but you persist in adding unsourced or poorly researched material to articles and refuse to respond to any feedback from other editors. Wikipedia operates in a collegial environment, and editors need to work with each other and not simply force their own versions of articles by repeated reinsertion of their preferred text. Wikipedia also requires reliable sources for edits, not simply personal opinions.
These points have been made over and over to you, but you continue to ignore them, and to make the same disruptive edits to articles. Hence the block. -- Euryalus (talk) 21:13, 16 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

April 2015 edit

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Cinderella (Disney character). Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. AD (talk) 09:15, 8 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Henry Mills-promo.jpg edit

File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Henry Mills-promo.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 00:02, 21 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

December 2015 edit

Greetings. At least one of your recent edits contributed colours that were not WCAG AAA Compliant, causing problems for users that have accessibility issues, which must be reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about this at WP:COLOR and Template talk:Infobox television season#Colour, which provide further information about contributing compliant colours to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. September 2016 edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abuse of editing privileges. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Euryalus (talk) 20:56, 17 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
For the same reasons as previous blocks - other editors have tried, literally for years, to urge you not to add unsourced personal opinions to articles. Requesrs, warnings and blocks have made no difference, leading ultimately to this indefinite block. Appeal rights are in the above template. -- Euryalus (talk) 20:56, 17 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image File:Belle French-Gold promo.jpg edit

However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:26, 11 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
