Hi! I'm Peridon - I am an administrator here at en-wiki. I've just been deleting some articles you tagged. I've also deleted a page you created 'Wikipedia:Vandalismusmeldung' - we don't use that vandalism message here, but I see that it is used at de-wiki. We use a notice board at WP:AIV (Administrator Intervention against Vandalism). I've warned User:Aubergine999 (not Benutzer here, please :-) ), so you needn't bother, unless they start again, of course. About tagging - you don't need to sign Speedy Deletion tags. I've never tagged at de-wiki (but I have at fr-wiki) so it might be different there. The French system does seem different. Peridon (talk) 11:52, 28 April 2012 (UTC)
- Hi Peridon! In the deWiki i'm using the vector.js, which allows do make different actions with one klick, for example setting a speedy deletion tag. I habe installed the same vector.js at the enWiki. That was a mistake, because it produced only the german orders. Please delete my vector.js and vector.css! And in deWiki you have to sign Speedy Deletion tags! --Johnny Controletti (talk) 08:48, 29 April 2012 (UTC)
- Both deleted. If you are planning to do more tagging, you could try WP:TWINKLE, which I use nowadays. (I passed 10,000 edits without using any tools at all, and only got Twinkle after I became an admin.) If you do, be very sure of the tag you want - there's no 'Do it' button in that bit. You just click the category and it does it. Other parts have buttons. It's very useful for putting 'unreferenced', 'advertisement' and similar tags onto articles. On en-wiki, you only have to sign on talk pages. notice boards or discussions. And if you forget, most times SignBot does it for you later. Adding a Speedy Deletion tag just counts an an ordinary edit, but they go automatically into a Category, where the admins find them. Peridon (talk) 09:36, 29 April 2012 (UTC)
