Natural sciences at UPenn

Unfortunately, UPenn doesn't appear to be "a a leader in…the natural sciences". Several editors have removed that comment, claiming it isn't true and requesting some support for your statement. You keep adding it and have never supplied any support. Please do not add unsupported material…wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a college view-book, so we don't need lots of throw-away/peacock/boosterism content. Thanks. Factual innacuracies

I see that you have been adding references to Martin Luther King Jr. to the list of nobel laureates at the University of Pennsylvania page. Please refrain from adding information without backing it up with a source. Ryan Vesey Review me! 00:54, 1 November 2011 (UTC)

If you Google "Martin Luther King, Jr." and "studied at the University of Pennsylvania" you will find several secondary references that briefly discuss King's affiliation with Penn. The first is a reference by Mitchell Brown, Compiler at LSU. There is also a speech transcription from Dec. 18, 1963 by Garrard Macleod. There are other references. Please be advised that I do not edit anything in Wiki without at least a very reasonable factual basis, although I am not always adept at adding the appropriate cites. Thanks, JOFFLE 11/2/2011

Notables MUST have sources

Your recent edits to the article for Ramsey, New Jersey added a number of notables, none of them with sources. WP:LISTPEOPLE requires that entries added to lists of notables must be accompanied by reliable and verifiable sources establishing a connection to the place. I was able to find a source for Maria LaRosa, but neither David A. Eklund nor Jack Hewson had any sources in their articles. A search of Google / News / Archives also turned up no sources. Hello, Joffle. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
