Creating an article edit

New-to-Wikipedia editors are advised to use the articles for creation (AfC) process described at WP:YFA. "Publish" means save, so you are able to work incrementally on a draft, publish (save) work, and continue later. Once you believe a draft is sufficiently complete AND referenced (see WP:42) then submitting it to AfC is a request for an experienced reviewer to either accept, decline, reject, or Speedy delete. If declined, shortfalls will be identified. Drafts can be subsequently improved and submitted again. David notMD (talk) 21:20, 14 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

See WP:BLP (I presume the person is alive), for guidelines. Basically, all information must be reference=verified. The rectangle on the right top if many articles is an "Infobox." It is not required for submtting a draft to AfC. Neither an Infobox nor a photograph of the subject improves the potential for a draft to be accepted. Do not copy content from any source that is protected by copyright - and assume that all sources are copyright protected. So, paraphrase content in your own words. David notMD (talk) 21:25, 14 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
