Speedy deletion nomination of File:Javad-Mashreghi.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Javad-Mashreghi.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. It is not true that the file is a blatant copyright infringement of https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Javad-Mashreghi. In fact, I uploaded myself this photo on Researchgate too.
