Hi,

I saw (through the adopt-a-user program) that you edited your userpage on July 22th, but never edited an article in Wikipedia itself and I think it's a bit sad. One of the fondamental concept is WP:BOLD : users are encouraged to be bold, to do things. It doesn't matter if you screw up : what is important is that you keep trying to improve Wikipedia. If you ever make a mistake in good faith, Wikipedians will always gently point it out for you and help you correct it.

So really, I hope you're still around, and that you will try it by yourself. Start by checking the articles on subjects you know well such as those related to your hobbies, or the places you live. For example, South Korea related articles are notoriously poor on the English Wikipedia. I'm sure you will find little things to improve. Might be just a typo, or some missing facts. Don't hesitate, correct them. You will soon get used to edit pages, and then start doing bigger edits.

There are a few things to remember while editing :

• Before saving the page, click on "Show preview", and check that your edit is correct, that everything is still in place. This will save you many trial and errors. There is also the Sandbox where you can try anything you want. :)
• Never remove the fact without first talking about it on the talk page of the article. Others wikipedians will then tell you if they agree on what you want to do.
• If you add a fact, always try to add a reliable source to back it up.

Finally, feel free to ask me any question (even stupid ones !) on this page or on my own talk page. I won't offer you formally to adopt you, because I tends to have unreliable edits patterns (some months editing a lot, other not editing at all), so many are more suited than me, but still I've been around for quite a long time, so I can help you with basic things.
