Proposed deletion of Jimit Sanghvi edit

The article Jimit Sanghvi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

there is no notability. The only reason I have not requested speedy deletion is because at some point I believe the author managed to have a deletion reversed, by arguing there is notability in having some work published. However taking an overarching perspective of which academics have their own articles in wikipedia, I cannot agree that a masters student meets the requirements.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi, this is partly my fault because I was the editor who has suggested this, since I am nominating for deletion and had a suspicion also it is autobiographical. Please accept my apologies if this is not the case and please discuss in the appropriate forum in WP:AFD if you do believe the article is on a notable object. Thank you.Eugene-elgato (talk) 19:38, 13 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

We don't normally delete talk pages, so I closed the MFD. I have no idea what you're even wanting the talk page deleted for — do you want the article deleted? Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Otters want attention) 01:11, 25 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

I am sorry for the confusion. I have corrected my mistake. Jimcham17 (talk) 11:27, 25 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
