Adding to a closed AfD

Hey, just thought I'd drop you a note about AfDs. After it's been officially closed we cannot add anything to an AfD discussion. It's absolutely awesome that you're enthusiastic about the article, but it's sort of a records sort of thing. We can't add to an AfD because then we wouldn't be able to easily tell what was originally in the discussion that led to its close. We can't leave comments at the bottom either, as there wouldn't be an easy end to the discussion at that point and wouldn't really benefit the AfD or the article in question anymore. want to figure out the correct way to post a "citation needed" tag, as at Pueblo Revolt. Also, if you put something, anything, on your user page then your user name will change into a blue link rather than being the red one that it is now. This suggests to others that you are not the dead end that red links suggest and that perhaps you are even a serious editor who intends to stay around.
