Permission obtained from author under public domain

edit

I have obtained permission from the author of the image File:Air-ambulance-cliff-rescue.jpg who has declared it in the public domain and have sent that confirmation email to: permissions-en@wikimedia.org Which licence tag would be correct in this case?
