We now have a few templates for adding IPA transcriptions to pages. Check out Hypallage. {{pronEng}} is for English, and {{pronounced}} is for other languages. ({{IPAEng}} and {{IPA2}} are similar but display the link as "IPA:" instead of as "pronounced".) These link to IPA charts in Help space which are much easier for our readers to follow than the main IPA article.
