editHello, I'm Victor Schmidt. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Silverchair, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. The daily mail isn't considered a reliable source. Silverchair are a Band that have been noted as selling 6 million albums since 1998 they have released 3 more studio albums in that time and including a greatest hits. On various websites some state 9 million albums sold worldwide others say 10 million albums worldwide. And the profile picture for Silverchair's Wikipedia page is wrong as Silverchair were not even touring in August 2006. Your Wikipedia page on Silverchair is old and needs to be updated. But you won't update because there is no reliable sources. But a fan made page is a reliable source in regarding Silverchairs album sales. Even on television here in Australia entertainment reporters have stated Silverchair have sold over 10 million albums worldwide. Update please the correct amount. I was being sarcastic about the fan page. You have a fan page as a reliable source. But the daily mail you don't consider a reliable source. That's like saying homebrand bread is better than branded bread. Camon. James.TP91 (talk) 07:48, 26 August 2020 (UTC)

There are so many errors on the Silverchair Wikipedia page that it diminishes the bands biography. Many of the dates are wrong and much of the material has not been updated to the correct status in years. Please fix the situation, blocking me from editing will do nothing to fix these issues,as many people have an issue with the outdated material on the Silverchair Wikipedia page.
