Why are the sections for the Saturn 1B/V, Space Shuttle, SLS, Titan III/IV, Atlas V, Vulcan, LVM3, and GSSLV in latin?

The text (or at least google translates interpretation of it) says:

"It is important to take care of the patient, to be followed by the patient, but it will happen at such a time that there is a lot of work and pain.
