Welcome!

Hello, JJimbo3, and welcome to Wikipedia! I have noticed that you are fairly new! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your recent discussion with another editor does not conform to Wikipedia's policy on Civility towards other editors. The focus in any dispute should be on edits and never editors.

There's a page about the Civility policy that has tips on how to interact with other editors. If issues continue, you may need to look into Dispute Resolution.

If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 22:34, 28 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Please do not attack other editors. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. I'm fine with you calling me names, but when you're going to start cursing and yelling at other users as well, that's where it ends. Get your attitude and affairs in order, because the only person harassing others is you. The Clawed One (talk) 22:26, 28 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Seeing as you're fully unwilling to accept that your actions were wrong, I'm ready to take the situation to WP:ANI with a recommendation to have you blocked. "Cunts" is never acceptable in any situation. If you would like to provide WP:DIFFs on the WQA page showing that level of incivility directed towards you, please do so ASAP. You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for Gross incivility - such as shown at this edit is frowned upon. I note you are also talking to more than one person when you use the plural. assuming you meant to add the "s". Please fix your style so that you can be a worthwhile member of the wikipedian community.. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. --VirtualSteve need admin support? 12:25, 29 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
