Your edit to List of National Weather Service Weather Forecast Offices

edit

I noticed that you added a link to National Weather Service Topeka, Kansas to the List of National Weather Service Weather Forecast Offices, but the article "National Weather Service Topeka, Kansas" does not exist so appears as a red link. Unless you are planning to create such an article, it would be preferable for you to avoid linking the page. However, if you are willing to put out the effort, you can create that article if you so choose. If you actually are planning to create such an article, I might be able to help, though. I did that intentionally; I just created the article for NWS Topeka. --JB in the 785 (talk) 20:06, 31 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

I don't know if you are planning on making another article for National Weather Service Kansas City/Pleasant Hill, Missouri, but please make sure the forecast office has at least published some information somewhere on the history of itself. It's best to only create articles where we can actually have content an sources, not just weather radio and staff. Dustin (talk) 03:14, 1 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

I started to work on such an article, but my computer gave me a blue-screen as I was nearing completion. I'll have to start over at some point. --JB in the 785 (talk) 04:20, 1 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
Okay, I found at least some information (primary sources) here, and history and staff information if you are planning to create the page. It'd still be preferable if you could also find some secondary sources, though. Dustin (talk) 05:01, 1 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

All that aside, its nice to see that you are making an effort to edit constructively. If you have any wiki problems here or anything along those lines, feel free to ask me. I can't guarantee I'll be able to respond (internet access isn't always consistent here), but if I see that you've left a response on my talk page, or anything along those lines, I can help. I just thought I'd mention it. Dustin (talk) 05:06, 1 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm BethNaught. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to K-285 (Kansas highway)— because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. BethNaught (talk) 18:56, 19 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
