I saw your "hoax" tag and looked back through the edit history. The nonsense about sweat and blood was added by an IP who had only four other edits, all vandalism. So I have changed it back to what it was before (ginger, sugar and carbonated water) and taken off your "hoax" tag. Good call; that's a useful tag to add if you have suspicions but not enough time to investigate. I quite often look in CAT:HOAX to see if there is anything worth spending a bit of time to research and flag for deletion (or, occasionally, to mark as OK).
