Proposed deletion of T,O,U,C,H,I,N,G edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article T,O,U,C,H,I,N,G, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Fails to establish notability with reliable sources. Apparent original research.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Proposed deletion of Holly Willis edit

The article Holly Willis has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Claritas (talk) 05:38, 7 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Critical Commons edit

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Critical Commons, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.criticalcommons.org/about-us.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Good day,
I saw your edit summary stating that the source content to this page is licensed under CC-0. Unfortunately, from what I could gather, the terms of use of the critical commons website indicate a much more restrictive license, in particular section 4, that is not compatible with Wikipedia. I'm sure this is just a matter of documenting the permissions correctly, but in order to protect Wikipedia, our policies require that the content remain blanked until such documentation is established.
It is of course perfectly possible that I have missed the licensing indication, in which case I apologize in advance for the trouble and would be grateful if you could point it out to me.
Otherwise, there are two options available to remedy this:
The simplest way would be for Critical Commons to amend the About Us page, at the very least, to make the CC-0 permission explicit as it pertains to this page
If this isn't possible, a documented permission can be granted by an authorized agent of Critical Commons. The process for doing so is described at WP:COPYREQ.
Thank you for your understanding & kind regards, MLauba (Talk) 00:59, 7 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
