(uninvolved comment, here from the edit filter log) @Taking Out The Trash: the user's behaviour may imply WP:NOTHERE, but the username hardly does. No one would blink an eye at an actually constructive editor named Irlvnt, even if it meant "irrelevant" - it's hardly a slam-dunk proof of anything. Weird template to use, IMO.
