Hi Irishman- your uploads worked, and you can include them on your userpage, just the same way you'd include them on any ordinary article. Look at WP:EIS for the details on how to do this. As for the licensing, you definately do not want to use a "fair use" license on this one. Fair use means that somebody else owns the copyright to the work and you are using it without their permission, but you believe that your use if the work is "fair" in a particular legal sense. In this case, you do own the copyright to these images, and it is yours to decide how they may be used. "Public domain" is one choice, in which you legally forfeit all rights to the work. Since you labeled Image:Irishmandximg1redo.png as public domain, that means that anybody can use it for any purpose (commercial or otherwise) without your permission. This may not have been your intention- if not, you can change the license by editing the page and switching the licensing template. Another option is {{GFDL-self}}, which allows anyone to reuse the image, but only in contexts which are also freely editable (this is how the text of Wikipedia is licensed). There are other options which allow different freedoms for the image, but GFDL is the preferred one (though public domain is even free-er). You can read about all the image license tags at WP:TAG.
