Lets test this vandalism by Daniel Case and see if this is legitimate or an exercise in futility. Since he evidently avoids listing an email address on his talk page, perhaps a more persuasive remedy is needed.

I propose that Daniel Case be removed from any and all administrative duties on behalf of Wikipedia

for the same reason they don't give school crossing guards a machine gun....it's just more power than they can handle.

When the real world consequences catch up to your Fantasy Island virtual world, there is always a look of shock and disbelief on the faces of those who hide behind the anonymity of their keyboards.
