Your edit quoting TOI. Please read the TOI article that you have quoted - it actually says Bihar teachers are bette educated and UP are still better - not what you say. The worst state is Gujarat followed by Karnataka. To be fair, the headline of the TOI article is misleading.

Stained glass

A stunning window, but not a very high quality photo. When you introduce a photo to a section, you need to look carefully at the context. The context in which you inserted that pic was a gallery of horizontally formatted images of building interiors, that showed the windows within their present day settings, ranging from Medieval to modern, and including secular examples. Not the right place.

There are hundreds of stained glass files stored on Wikimedia Commons, and the ones selected for the article are those that illustrate the history and technology in a very apt way. It took hours to find and research them. Sometimes a new one appears in the article because it fills a gap, or offers a better example, or shows (like the recently added Richyer window at Cologne Cathedral) a different technology or approach to design.

Can I suggest that you write a small article on St Michael's Church and add it there?
