What you added there reads interesting, but http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-amantadine-poisoning.htm does not meet wikipedia standards for reliable source. We need better references. Furthermore, wiseGEEK states "wiseGEEK authorizes visitors to view and make a single copy of its content for offline, personal, non-commercial use. wiseGEEK material may not be sold, reproduced, or distributed without wiseGEEK’s permission." (my highlighting). This means that the addition of text from wiseGEEK is a copyright violation. I have removed your addition for now, but you are very welcome to add information about the topic again, in your own wording so there will be no copyright problems.
