Please note that even if the copyright issue were resolved, the promotional tone of a company or personal website is likely to be unsuitable for an encyclopedia article, which requires a neutral point of view. Article subjects need to have notability, which is not a matter of opinion but needs to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." There is more detail at WP:Notability (organizations and companies), and good advice on how to write an acceptable article at WP:Your first article.

Although precedent is not necesarily binding, the result of previous deletion discussions, documented at WP:OUTCOMES#Education, has been that:

"Departments or degree programs within a university, college, or school are generally not considered notable unless they have made significant contributions to their field (e.g., University of Chicago Department of Economics), or produced a number of notable graduates (USC School of Cinematic Arts, Oxford PPE)."

so that they are normally better covered within the entry for the university.
