Hello, ImprovetheArabicUnicode, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Goycha-Zangezur, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.

Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. Proposed deletion of Goycha-Zangezur

edit

The article Goycha-Zangezur has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The article is full of unsubstantiated/problematic content/statements - that such an entity would exist in practice or that the abstract concept would have significant enough notability for an article of it's own, indicating that the area shown on the map is under control of the entity described, that it would be recognized by Turkey with relations with Uzbekistan and Hezbollah and so on.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. AntonSamuel (talk) 13:05, 6 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

@AntonSamuel I mean it uses Azerbaijanis and Turkish sources. Its not notable in the Western world, but it is in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, etc. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 14:00, 6 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

I'm not going to review this request - I made the block. I can't say when someone else will come along, but the last person to review a request of yours commented that you should be applying on the talk page of your first account, not this one. Girth Summit (blether) 10:40, 17 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Girth Summit I can't do it, I think someone accessed it and changed my password. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 17:04, 17 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

@Girth Summit @Yamla Wait, I figured out that محفوظ ہمارے زبان is actually my employee, we are working for the Forum Language Initiatives, but we like to use Wikipedia for additional information on the topic. We recently moved to US from Pakistan after our visas were granted. I have started working on the topic on Azerbaijan and Goycha-Zangezur because I found it online. I can't access Muhafiz-e-Pakistan because I forgot its password so I just started using this account which I use for Wiktionary. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 22:48, 8 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Blablubbs How do I appeal? On the Muhafiz-e-Pakistan account? I can't access it. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 20:23, 9 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
If you cannot access Muhafiz-e-Pakistan, you may appeal under this account, but you will have to fully address the behaviour that led to these blocks. --Blablubbs (talk) 21:20, 9 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Blablubbs But why did the Girth Summit guy delete all the notable and important pages I worked hard on? They were all sourced. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 21:21, 9 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
I did that because you created them while evading your block. As I said before, you cannot simply create new accounts to evade existing blocks and expect us to ignore that. Girth Summit (blether) 21:24, 9 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Girth Summit I only have this account. Like I stated above, محفوظ ہمارے زبان is my friend's account. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 21:26, 9 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
So you have said. But you have edited articles on the same subjects, and you did not declared the connection prior to the block. Before I blocked you for sockpuppetry, you had already been partially blocked for disruptive editing. And still you expect to be allowed to come back with a new account? Did you not read any of the block notices you were given? Girth Summit (blether) 23:58, 9 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Girth Summit I was following WP:NOINDICSCRIPTS, but the admin blocked me because I removed the Hindi text on Chapli Kebab. I already told you that we both work for Forum for Language Initiatives, but we edit Wikipedia in free time. Can you please restore the articles I created on this account? I worked very hard on them. I haven't done any disruptive editing on this account. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 22:04, 14 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
You say that you haven't done any disruptive editing on this account, but you were partially blocked for disruptive editing on your previous account, and you then created new accounts. Did you take note of the sanctions that were applied to your previous account when you created this one? Did you disclose that this was a new account, or were you hoping that we wouldn't notice? Girth Summit (blether) 22:22, 14 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
This account was only used when I edited pages on Wiktionary, then when you blocked me on my main Wikipedia account, then I started using this one. The sanctions were a because I portrayed Uyghurs in a wrong way in Draft:Uyghurs in Afghanistan, but I used the sources available, I do not think Uyghurs are bad. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 22:54, 14 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
You seem not to have understood why you were sanctioned in the first place. Regardless, what you are describing - using multiple accounts to avoid sanctions that have been enacted on previous accounts - is exactly why we have sockpuppetry policies. You should have addressed the issues that were raised with your original accounts; you are taking up our time with arguing about blocks placed on accounts that you should not have been using. Girth Summit (blether) 23:32, 14 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Girth Summit I wasn't trying to avoid sanctions. I've moved on with the topic. I cannot also enter my original account anymore. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 23:36, 14 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
But, when you started using this new account, you failed to disclose your connection to previous accounts with active sanctions against them. Why was that? Girth Summit (blether) 23:39, 14 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Girth Summit I didn't know I had to. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 23:59, 14 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Girth Summit also where did I have to put I was put in sanctions? ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 23:33, 15 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
When you are sanctioned, those sanctions apply to you, the person, not just to the account. What would be the point in blocking people if they coukd just create a new acoount and say 'hey, no blocks, I can do what I want'? You have been topic banned at least once, and site-blocked at least twice (not including this account, which makes three). Put simply: you may not edit here. You can request unblock, and another admin will review the situation. You may not just keep creating new accounts. Girth Summit (blether) 23:44, 15 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Girth Summit I wasn't trying to edit the topic on Uyghurs anymore on this account. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 23:46, 15 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
You were initially tbanned from the Uyghur subject area. Then you created a new account (or maybe it was your colleague - I can't tell, but you edited the in the same subject areas from the same IP) without disclosing the connection, so you ended up site-blocked. Then you started editing from this account. You can't just keep editing after you're blocked, even if you think the block was unfair - your only legitimate option is to request unblock. You can do that now, and another admin will review the situation. Girth Summit (blether) 23:59, 15 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Girth Summit How do I explain them this, do I just write like "see above" or "see below"? ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 00:14, 16 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
WP:GAB is useful. Explain the situation fully and honestly, including your connection to organisations and other editors, and your reasons for using multiple accounts. Girth Summit (blether) 00:16, 16 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Girth Summit Ok thank you so much. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 00:18, 16 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Can I not use another account? I got blocked because some other account was trying to use my IP. Can you please unblock me? I can't access my Muhafiz-e-Pakistan account that is why I created it, you can also see my name on it. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 22:29, 8 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
Hi - thanks for declaring your connection to those other accounts, but you can't just keep creating new accounts to edit. You are blocked from editing, first for disruptive editing, and then for using suckpuppet accounts like this one and محفوظ ہمارے زبان to evade your block. If you want to contribute to this project, you are going to have to make an unblock request, convince an administrator that you are willing to stop being disruptive and to abide by our guidelines, and wait to be unblocked.
  • I was on the verge of declining your unblock request, but I have decided to give you another chance. A number of things in your editing history make some of what you say look unlikely, but there's one in particular which I would like you to explain. You switched to using this account to evade the block on another account. You would have us believe that this was done in all innocence, not realising that you weren't allowed to do that. At that time you listed on your user page other accounts you had used in the past and weren't going to use again. Can you explain why you listed a number of obscure accounts which you hadn't used for a long time, but failed to mention the one account which must have been most in your mind, namely the one you had recently been using, which was blocked, and according to your own testimony the block on it was the reason for your shifting to this account? It is so difficult to imagine why, if you thought switching to a new account to avoid the block was perfectly acceptable and you were making an honest disclosure of past accounts, you would disclose a lot of irrelevant old accounts but fail to mention the relevant one, while being so easy to imagine why you would do it if you were dishonestly trying to evade the block, that I think some explaining is needed. (And please, I would prefer the truth, however good or bad a light it throws on you, to an evasive answer.) JBW (talk) 22:18, 23 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
@JBW To be honest, I am not trying to evade any block, because I simply didn't know. If you were saying that the Muhafiz-e-Pakistan account or I think you probably meant the محفوظ ہمارے زبان accounts that I was trying to evade blocks. Ok, I'll be honest, I sometimes used the محفوظ ہمارے زبان after I stopped using the Muhafiz-e-Pakistan account, but it really wasn't mine, and it was really my friend's account. I wasn't trying to evade the block and simply, I didn't know. I felt like I was making a bad choice, but didn't really know the consequences. The sanctions from the Uyghur article on Afghanistan, I don't mind because I'm not in that topic. Thank you. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 22:45, 23 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
Further up this page, for all to see, you said "when you blocked me on my main Wikipedia account, then I started using this one". If that doesn't mean that you started using this account because the other one was blocked, so that you could avoid being prevented by the block from editing, then what on earth does it mean? JBW (talk) 11:00, 24 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
Because I really didn't know and wasn't trying to evade the block. I just was using this account because I wanted to edit some stuff. I didn't really know you couldn't edit using other accounts. I thought you just couldn't use your main account. ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 22:23, 24 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
@RickinBaltimore what is going on? Why are some people saying that my account was created in error? ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 17:22, 1 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
This was a vandal that made the edit. RickinBaltimore (talk) 17:27, 1 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
all of them? ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 17:28, 1 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
The three accounts that previously closed that requests, all of that was reverted, were all the same vandal. This request you currently have is still being reviewed. RickinBaltimore (talk) 19:07, 1 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
ok thanks ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 19:45, 1 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I have talked with Girth Summit, so I will try to summarise this: :::::::::::::::::::::1. After leaving Pakistan to US, I started using this account after a week, but my employee started using the same IP address as my old User:Muhafiz-e-Pakistan account. I had used this account before accidently as you can see my contributions. I used this account for Wiktionary, but then I got blocked because me and my employee use the same account. :::::::::::::::::::::2. Me and my employee (محفوظ ہمارے زبان) use the same IP address and we both work for Forum for Language Initiatives. I used to work for Torwali Research Forum. :::::::::::::::::::::3. I have been sanctioned from the Uyghur area in my Muhafiz-e-Pakistan account. I will try not to be active in this area. :::::::::::::::::::::4. I will not create another account like I did with this one. I had created this as a backup account in case someone hacked or something else. :::::::::::::::::::::5. I need you delete the old accounts used on my userpage. They were old accounts I used. :::::::::::::::::::::6. You can restore the sanctions on this account. :::::::::::::::::::::7. Also, please restore all the pages I created. :::::::::::::::::::::8. IP address account will not be used unless I accidently due while being logged out. :::::::::::::::::::::Thanks ::::::::::::::::::::: ImprovetheArabicUnicode (talk) 01:06, 16 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
