Disambiguation link notification for November 17 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Wagner Reloaded-Live in Leipzig, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages 7th Symphony, Genesis and Alex Silva (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Wagner edit

Hi! I have reverted your addition to Richard Wagner and given a rationale for this on the talk page of that article. By the way, do please be aware of the WP:3RR rule which you appear to have broken. Best, --Smerus (talk) 14:14, 17 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 18:56, 17 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Album page formatting edit

Hi there. I came across your new article The Lucky Golden Stripes and Starpose. I fixed it up quite a bit. Please look over how I formatted it and perhaps, if you make another article, this could be a reference to it. I am following the album style guide located here: WP:MOSALBUM for consistency. There were several formatting discrepancies.--Jennica / talk 03:17, 9 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Sources needed for Days of the Year pages edit

You're probably not aware of this change, but Days of the Year pages are no longer exempt from WP:V and direct sources are required for additions. For details see the WikiProject Days of the Year style guide. I've gone ahead and added a source to back up your recent addition to July 12. Please try to find sources for additions to these pages as the burden to provide them is on the editor who adds or restores material to these pages. Thank you. day-of-year articles edit

Thanks for including inline citations with your additions to day-of-year articles. It's a relatively new requirement and not everyone has gotten the word, so it's great that you're setting an example.   Schazjmd (talk) 01:21, 30 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

They need to be reliable, too. Toddst1 (talk) 00:46, 31 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Since much of its content is user-edited, Transfermarkt is not considered a reliable source. Please do not cite the website in articles. Thank you. Sir Sputnik (talk) 22:05, 30 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for January 9 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited January 13, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Arthur Stevens (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

WP:DOY edit

A goal of this project is to ensure that all entries in the wiki-calendars are noteworthy as against merely newsworthy. Although professional footballers may comply with WP:FOOTY, they do not automatically qualify for a date of birth list. Of the five you have added in the last three days, only Ian St John can be considered noteworthy as he was an international who twice won the English league championship. Please ensure that sportspeople have accomplished a major achievement and not merely played for a club like Millwall. Thanks. No Great Shaker (talk) 16:02, 7 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Stats edit

Hi there - thanks for updating Gazzaniga's stats, but when doing so please can you also update the "stats correct as of" date, like this? [1] After your edit it said that he had played one EFL game for Fulham as of June this year, which of course isn't correct and could confuse readers. Thanks! -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 14:35, 9 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

And your stats update to Bobby Decordova-Reid was incomplete... GiantSnowman 08:15, 28 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
