Why are citations needed on Trinidad and Tobago article?

edit

Just curious why citations are needed for these language-related items... They seem pretty obvious to me! E.g. why do we need a citation to know that Les Coteaux is French, or Auchenskeoch Scottish? In the case of Creole, just look at Trinidadian_Creole_English... Just curious... Jpaulm (talk) 02:51, 31 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello, no, but I saw tag removal by anonymous user and I thought that some user put tags there to challenge the data ? It was strange to me for someone, especially anonymous user to remove tags with an empty edit summary and provide no references when those are requested. Adrian (talk) 05:54, 31 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
Thanks! So we can remove the citation needed templates...? Jpaulm (talk) 18:42, 8 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
Well according to me yes, but who you should really ask is the person who put them there. I guess somebody put them there for a reason. Adrian (talk) 18:56, 8 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
Will do! Thanks! Jpaulm (talk) 16:17, 9 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Irridentist movements in Europe

edit

Hey. You're edit was a bit too much for a page that is not supposed to focus on individual controversies- but feel free to add what you wrote to the Greater Hungary page :)! --Yalens (talk) 19:37, 17 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Ok. I will see if there is an appropriate place at that article for this info. I will move it now. Greetings. Adrian (talk) 19:39, 17 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please do not attack other editors, as you did here: Lajos Kossuth. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Hobartimus (talk) 12:47, 20 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from unsupported accusations. Can you please explain how did I attacked User:Nmate(since he is the only other user here) in this case? Adrian (talk) 12:50, 20 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
You called, an obviously good faith edit vandalism. Reverts that return to previously long established versions can never be vandalism. Hobartimus (talk) 12:57, 20 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
Having in mind Nmate`s edit summary, I don`t think that was a good faith edit 1. He didn`t even consult the talk page and without any valid explanation reverted my edits. When an editor always reverts blindly or reverts "just like that", that reverts aren`t in good faith anymore... and in this case clearly against Wiki rules therefore, when an editor know about some rule and still violates it, it can be considered as vandalism. I didn`t intended to offend anybody(If I did I didn`t meant to) but if you feel that I violated Wikipedia:No personal attacks please fell free to file a report. Greetings. Hi. First of all, I want to apologize for being rude towards you in Serbian Wikipedia when we had disagreement about Moldavci article. Second, I want to inform you that there is current voting about name of this article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Momcsilló_Tapavicza#Requested_move Perhaps you can say your opinion there if you wish. Hello. Np, It was my fault also. It is important that everything was all right in the end. I hope I did`t left a bad impression. Thank you for the information, I will study it now and write my vote.
