A reference problem

Hi! Some users have been working hard on Category:Pages with broken reference names.

Here you added new references but didn't define it. This has been showing as an error at the bottom of the article. Can you take a look and work out what you were trying to do? Thanks --Frze ^{> talk} 07:09, 18 October 2013 (UTC)

We are graduate students and fixed it right away- we just saved and then realized our error from forgetting a simple quotation mark. The citations are intact and correct. Thank you. -IOwikigm

Hello, IOwikigm. You remarked above, "we are grad students". That gave me the impression that multiple editors are using the same account. Is this the case? If so, each editor needs to register their own account and passwords cannot be shared. We each have our own account, but for the purposes of a project we were posting our collaboration under one username.

The only instance where that would be acceptable is if one author is responsible for all of the physical edits. Say you have 3 members, John, Jay, and Jackie, only John could make the physical edits with this account. If it is the case that Jay and Jackie are also making edits, or have access to the log in details for this account, this account will be blocked. Jay and Jackie (or their real life equivalents) must make their edits using their own accounts. In addition, if this account exists, but you all have personal accounts as well, we request that you disclose the personal accounts. The student under this username is the one responsible for all Wikipedia edits for the group. The other collaborating graduate students have not edited the Wikipedia page from this account or from their own personal accounts. Thank you.
