April 2019 edit

Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Wheel of the Year, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. I am glad you want to add information to help strengthen the article, though as this is an encyclopedia all claims on Wikipedia should be supported with reliable and credible evidence. Please consider the guidelines here WP:VERIFY and / or consider some of the editing practices in the Welcome message I posted to your page yesterday or via the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:The_Wikipedia_Adventure. FULBERT Everything I wrote is already sourced in the article. The additions to the lead are summaries of what is already said (and sourced) in the "origins" section. The Germanic part is sourced to the website of the Asatru Alliance, so that's the organization whose tradition are covered in that section. The other changes you reverted were removals of unsupported content, not additions of anything unsourced. Hsvinet (talk) 00:20, 5 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
OK. Will leave the changes as you pointed out they are already sourced in the article. Question about the process -- what about the previous lead did you find needed edits? I will leave as you edited it, and am asking this more to understand the approach you took to the lead content itself. Thanks. --- FULBERT (talk) 13:47, 6 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
