I deleted the page on the book "AAEB" because it didn't assert any notability.

By using my administrator privileges to view the deleted content, I can confirm that the article said was basically the following:

"AAEB is a book! It is published by a company that seems to only have a Facebook page! It is written by a man who makes his living from promoting the ideas in the book!

Here is what the book is about! The book talks about food and health! Chapter 1 is about THIS, chapter 2 is about THAT, chapter 3 is about SOMETHING ELSE, and so on up to chapter 8! Then there is a glossary! The glossary is in English, but it provides translations into Hindi and Spanish!"

You said it is a bestseller with reviews in the international press. The article said nothing about any of that; how am I to know? "It is a book published by some company that only has a Facebook page" - for all I know, the author publishes it himself out of a room in his house. There is nothing that talks about notability, nothing that explains why this book matters any more than the many other books that promote the same ideas.
