Etymology edit
Hi Hirpes. This is an account I use for rather anonymous users. I don't where you went to seek the etymological explanations on Liquidambar orientalis but they will sound rather gullible for any speaker of the language. I am referring to your edits starting [here http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Liquidambar_orientalis&diff=next&oldid=294383876] that I intend to erase. RE: Eng. WP s.v. Ulna edit
Hi Hirpex. Sorry I have not replied to your post on my talkpage until now, but I somehow missed it... I am bit unsure what the post is about (I have way to many articles on my watchlist and use far to much time on Wikipedia). But I think I reverted your edit, where you put the translation of ulna into the infobox [1]. Sorry for badly written explanation for the reversion by the way (it was written fast on a smartphone seconds from my stop on a train heading home from work... so all odds where against me).
I am all for etymology on Latin words in anatomy articles. But in my opinion these should not be placed in the infobox; the infobox is for e.g. finding the term (latest Terminologia Anatomica) so e.g. Danes, Germans, Italians and so on can use to find extra information outside wikipedia. For me that could be taking an anatomical atlas and looking up "ulna", for my mom it could be finding out: "Ahh, when my doctor writes fractured ulna in my journal it means this bone". That said: You are more than welcome to include an etymology section where the roots of the word and/or it now modern misuse (there is actually a debate going on about this on WP:MED if you are interested). A good example of how I would like to see such information be presented is the etymology section of Fibula or more exotic Waragis history section.
If cubitus has or still somewhere is used as an alternative term for ulna, then the word cubitus should be listed in the infobox (maybe with a wiktonary link, or written in parenthesis older term or something like that)... and again a etymology section if you are up for it.
