Citing sources

Please read the Wikipedia:Citing sources guideline, because your current addition of sources is problematic and just creates more work for other editors. – Sabbatino (talk) 14:05, 16 November 2017 (UTC)

Please read the Help:Referencing for beginners policy as you keep using odd formats and create problems for other editors, which includes the need to clean up after your edits. – Sabbatino (talk) 11:01, 23 November 2017 (UTC)

(@Sabbatino:), thank you for the suggestion. Most of those edits are older and I have since realized my errors and have fixed them going forward.

Hockey stats

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I didn't actually realize it was the same user doing it until you mentioned it. As it stands they aren't exactly breaking any rules, so I'm hesitant to ban them or anything drastic. Just revert it for now, and leave a message. If they keep doing it (which it seems they aren't now, at least from the couple articles I'm watching) then we an try something else. Kaiser matias (talk) 00:45, 16 December 2017 (UTC)

(@Kaiser matias:) I'll go through their edits and revert them but there are a lot and they seem to know to only hit smaller hockey players. I know they are not breaking the rules, except maybe WP:Hockey consensus, but I have messaged them 3 times and when I revert their edits they put it back and I don't want to break the 3 revert rule. I see they listened to you on Connor McDavid's article but when I tell them they ignore me. But you are right, they only added a stats line once today and sometimes they contribute to articles in a meaningful way. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 00:55, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
