Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Punjabi language, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you!   Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Punjabi language. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. - Tom | Thomas.W talk 11:31, 30 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Punjabis. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Adamgerber80 (talk) 13:32, 5 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:

Please unblock my account. I was impatient and kept making changes after they were reverted without finding out the right way in which to do things on Wikipedia. I just passionately wanted to have the pages be a certain way and I didn't follow guidelines. I will behave in a better way in the future, please do unblock my account. I understand that I was warned and I still did things which led to this, I got carried away, I expect myself to behave in a better way in the future; I don't think I'll forget what has happened. I'm not very familiar with Wikipedia, if I've made any mistake(s) in this post, please excuse it/them.

{unblock|This is unblock request 2 to address sockpuppetry. The account kjeet93 is actually my brother's account, but I had him make the account to help me to be able to have certain pages be the way I passionately wanted them to be. I myself only used his account to make (a) change(s) once, and that too was with his permission. The other edits were all done by him but with either guidance or detailed guidance from me. So, although it wasn't 100% sockpuppetry, it was that to a certain extent. In my passionately and impatiently wanting certain pages to be a certain way I didn't take the time to learn the proper way of doing things, and I disregarded warnings and behaved in the way I did. My being new to Wikipedia and not knowing how to use it also contributed to my behavior, I don't know HTML at all well enough to make edits on talk pages without having to look up how to do things, and I was impatient and I didn't want to have to look up things and figure out how to do things. I won't behave in the way I've behaved in the future. This is all embarrassing and I don't think I'll forget all of this. I'll also encourage my brother to try to do things the right way. Please do unblock my account. As before, if I've made any mistake(s) in this unblock request, please do excuse it/them as I'm new to Wikipedia. HardeepSaluja (talk) 21:36, 10 June 2018 (UTC)}Reply

So it was WP:Meatpuppetry then. Lavalizard101 (talk) 12:15, 11 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Everything that I've stated in unblock requests 1 and 2 is sincere as honesty is extremely important to me. I don't know what else to do but assure everyone that I will try to do things in a way that are consistent with what I've been told is the right way and what I'll learn about the ways in which to do things in the future. I hereby assure everyone of that. Please do unblock my account. HardeepSaluja (talk) 23:25, 15 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Procedural decline only. This unblock request has been open for more than two weeks but has not proven sufficiently convincing for any reviewing administrator to take action. You are welcome to request a new block review if you substantially reword your request. Yamla (talk) 12:17, 30 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

As per Wikipedia:Sock puppetry#Meatpuppetry, recruiting other accounts editors to push a specific point is also not allowed. But actively getting someone else to create an account and follow your instructions with it is about as close to 100% sockpuppetry as you can get.

I've seen this request open for 12 days now and nobody has commented on it, and I did consider putting it on hold and consulting the blocking admin. But I honestly don't think there would be a consensus for unblocking at the moment, and I think the Standard Offer would be your most likely option now. That means keep away from the English Wikipedia for at least six months without editing from any account or logged out (and no getting someone else to edit for you either), and then make a new unblock request.

In the meantime, any constructive contributions you could make to other Wikipedia projects (eg in other languages) would help a future unblock request here. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 12:33, 6 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
