  Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Jammu and Kashmir. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to lose editing privileges. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Ranjan Nayak, you have exceeded the maximum reverts permitted per day, and you are likely to get a block as a result. You need to go to the discussion page mentioned above, apologize for your mistake, and agree not to edit-war again. Please do this urgently.
When I reverted your edit this morning, I advised you to discuss your issues on the talk page of the article. You do not seem to have followed this advice.
In general, you should not delete any sourced material without discussion. You should not add any unsourced material. And, when you want to contest the appropriateness of any sourced content, you should discuss it in advance on the article's talk page. Please follow these tips from now on. Hi Ranjan, you are likely to get blocked, but its ok, block for new editor who edits India-Pakistan related topic is not a strange thing, it is routine. You should not get discouraged by this routine block and you are suppose to learn from block. Do not remove things from article that you don't like, you can discuss those issues at article's talk page. While editing Wikipedia we need to be neutral. Wikipedia can't be Pro-India or Pro-Pakistan. If you have any questions then you can ask it at Wikipedia:Teahouse/Questions. Just to explain about edit warring rule, you can't revert other editors more than 3 times within 24 hours, if you do so then you will get blocked, it doesn't matters if your edits were "true", "neutral" or whatever, you are not suppose to do more than 3 reverts in any case. Still it doesn't mean that you should do 3 reverts, better you follow WP:BRD and discuss things on talk page on first revert itself. --Human3015TALK  18:55, 17 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

  Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:Jammu and Kashmir, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Also, you should not write excessively long posts. Nobody will read them, and you would have wasted your time. A typical post is 4-5 lines long. If you need to discuss a lot of matters, you can use bullet points, like I did. Please make sure to preview your posts and proof read them before you save! All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
