Welcome to Wikipedia!

Dear Halfalive: Welcome to Wikipedia, a free and open-content encyclopedia. I hope you enjoy contributing. To help get you settled in, I thought you might find the following pages useful:

Don't worry too much about being perfect. Very few of us are! Just in case you are not perfect, click here to see how you can avoid making common mistakes.

If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.

Wikipedians try to follow a strict policy of never biting new users. If you are unsure of how to do something, you are welcome to ask a more experienced user such as an administrator. One last bit of advice: please sign any dicussion comment with four tildes (~~~~). The software will automatically convert this into your signature which can be altered in the "Preferences" tab at the top of the screen. I hope I have not overwhelmed you with information. If you need any help just let me know. Once again welcome to Wikipedia, and don't forget to tell us about yourself and be BOLD! --omtay38 03:52, 6 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

i have never had a second account. i am rail related articles editor rail map designer and wikipedia donor!!

Decline reason:

Really? Then it is really an amazing coincidence that you just happened to wait a full year to request unblocking, only to make your request on the very same day as another sock of the same user you were suspected of being was blocked. That is truly amazing. As there is obviously some sort of supernatural force at work here, it would probably be safer for Wikipedia if we didn't unblock you. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I am not really often editing here.. there are not much going on everyday in rail world.. and yet i would have expected a more minded language from a person on wikipedia as this is a platform about sharing information.. Halfalive (talk) 00:18, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

You can feel free to post another unblock request. Keep in mind however our policies dictate that this declined request should not be blanked while you are still blocked. Beeblebrox (talk) 03:37, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

i still do not understand how my ip was the same of another person as the one mentioned and i are in different countries.. i am definitely victim of a big misunderstanding.. Halfalive (talk) 05:21, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
