Appeal for unblock. I am accused of something i didn't do.

Request reason:

I am blocked in Wikipedia because i am ACCUSED as a sock puppet of user called @shawntheshipper where i am not affiliated with. I don't even know why i am included in this issue of sock puppetry. I am appealing for unblock because i am completely innocent with this and i request you to investigate my account to prove that i am being honest about this.
