Request reason:

I am not involved in any sockpuppetry and my account was blocked for the same, I have no connection with the user who was blocked. I had sent the explanation for creating the article in the name of Dr. P.C. Thomas in my previous appeal, I will also be pleased if any admins could create this article because I feel as a living person Dr. P.C. Thomas has spent his entire life for Education and his contribution in the field of education and to the society started from 1969 till date and he has also received many national and international awards for education, details of which are there in google, the Rotarian magazine and in the book titled An event called life" so giving his information in Wikipedia will be useful and would benefit those who are looking for information about him online. If there is an error from my end kindly let me know how to correct it and I would be happy to do it. I did not receive any communication regarding the status of my previous unblock appeal hence sending this unblock request template as I do not know how to interact with admins directly when my account is blocked. Please do not consider this as repeated unblock request.
