Managing a conflict of interest

Hello User4Edits :) Thank you for your message. I am not related to the person I wrote about. I figured it would be a good place to start contributing, as the article showed up on my list of articles recommended for improvement. While verifying Poonam Gupta's story, I came across her husband, who is also a recipient of an OBE, and I thought it would make for a good first article for me. I am interested in Asian culture, current affairs, and influential Indians living in the United Kingdom. I hope this clarifies.
