Lets talk here not on page. You might contribute since 2007 but this account was made to create a modifications called irelevant and against BLP policy. Since you're only working on this page and calling me COI while you MUST be involved personnally in (or against) this page. Don't take it personaly please. But when you ask every single line to be referenced you might not know how WP work. Same when you tell that a Facebook page is not a source. Hi MangoZona. I am not taking anything personally. You just are trying to deflect suspicions of COI on me. I am not even entering this strategy / discussion with you as this is beyond ridiculous. Just be aware I did not call you out on a possible COI, a senior editor did, on his own. And I am glad he did, your reaction confirms he did well.

I have looked at the edits and yes it seems I reinstated (not added) an information that was not compliant to the BLP a couple of months ago. Mistakes happen. Because of this you seem to hold a grudge against me. Wikipedia is no place for personal feelings; the final goal is to make the best information available.

So, let's talk about the page: back in August an administrator of Wikipedia almost erased the page because its content was weak and not sourced properly. I am on the same line, and do not feel it improved since then. However I am trying to improve it, not to erase it. This is where I firmly stand (and get rewarded for it with insults apparently).

Facebook posts are not primary source, they are self-published content. Self-published contents are not recommended as sources. I could make a joke and say I was selected at Cannes Film Festival would that be true? The primary source would be the archives of the festivals. Moreover, you wrote "Sarajevo Fashion Film festival" and the Facebook post you refer says "Sarajevo Film festival". What is the correct one?

I did not ask for all lines to be referenced. I asked for specific informations to be referenced. The reason is that I actually read the Wikipedia page on the Festival international du cinéma expérimental de Knokke-le-Zoute a few days ago and it says IT IS CLOSED SINCE 1975. As I already pointed out for another festival you also linked to a page that did not mention the film! So this can not be on the page and you brought suspicion on the whole section. Now if you want to reinstate it you need to reference properly. Wrong informations on a page are not tolerated.

But let's get serious, most of other references on this page are as low-quality as these ones (a skyblog, really ?). Instead of undoing all suggestions and edits, I would advise you to listen to these advices and properly source what you add. We are all working here one goal only: make wikipedia a reliable place.

After a successful first iteration of the “Months of African Cinema” last year, we are happy to announce that it will be happening again this year, starting from October 1! In the 2018 edition of the contest, about 600 Wikipedia articles were created in at least 8 languages. There were also contributions to Wikidata and Wikimedia commons, which brought the total number of wikimedia pages created during the contest to over 1,000.

Dear Giorgio69! I am new to Wikipedia and only yesterday finished writing my first English-language article about a Russian-Spanish documentary My Pilot, Whale(before that, I published a similar article in my language section of Wikipedia). Wikipedia informed me that it will take up to 4 months for my article to be checked...
