One Level of Warning Too Far edit

I understand that you maybe doing some invaluable good by guiding someone who's new to Wikipedia such as me, however over zealousness is not particularly encouraging. Jumping down one's throat so to speak for merely testing mark-up is no way to welcome anyone. I added one line and removed it one minute later. You sent me two warnings in quick succession, the last stating that I was on a second level warning. As I have already mentioned, I added one line to a new page and deleted it within one minute so why the second patronisation? I will assume that you that you aren't a wicked school prefect after all and that you were just mistaken with your over efficient correction of my ignorant fumblings. • My apologies if I added two if there was only supposed to be one. I think I thought at the time that you had written this article twice and it had been deleted twice. If I am incorrect, I apologize. Wickethewok 06:11, 31 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Tip of the day project update edit

Just trying to get things better organized around there. Toward that end, I've created a task list template for the project. If all the contributors to the project placed it on their user page, we could all keep in touch more easily (with announcements, alerts, etc.). It, and the latest announcements can be found at:

Regarding Association of Members' Advocates edit

Hi, you are receiving this message because you have listed yourself as an active member of WP:AMA. If you aren't currently accepting inquiries for AMA, or if you have resigned, please de-list yourself from Wikipedia:AMA Members. If you are still active, please consider tending to any new requests that may appear on Category:AMA Requests for Assistance. We're going to put AMA on wheels. :) Sorry for the template spamming - we're just trying to update our records, after we had a huge backlog earlier in the week (if you've been taking cases, then sorry, and please ignore this :)). Again, sorry, and thanks! Martinp23 21:15, 22 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

WP:CVU status edit

The Wikipedia:Counter-Vandalism Unit project is under consideration to be moved to {{inactive}} and/or {{historical}} status. Another proposal is to delete or redirect the project. You have been identified as a project member and your input as to this matter would be welcomed at WT:CVU#Inactive.3F and at the deletion debate. Thank you!
