{{helpme}} hi coffee! i like your username by the way because coffe when put in hot water changes the water into a power :)just thought i'd mention that hehe. i would appreciate help with this problem. i had a previous account (user name Crimson67) i'm unable to log onto it because i have forgotten my password. last time i used it was approx jan/feb 09 so that figures. anyways i need to resolve an issue with an article i had posted as user Crimson67 and have no clue why an objection was placed on that article. i need to know what the objection is about and how to fix it. thanx very much. time for my coffee ;) Ghostwriter67 (talk) 15:41, 10 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Ghostwriter67. I assume you are referring to Ali Moeen. The NPOV tag was added by an IP: he also added two {{dubious}} tags. Here's the kicker - he never gave a reason for any of it. The IP appears to be shared, so it's not just one user. In fact, one of those dubious tags is in a quote from a source! I didn't read the article particularly thoroughly to determine if the tag is justified, but it wasn't put there correctly. Also, I would recommend leaving a note on your old account's userpage leading here to avoid confusion. I hope this helps: if you have further questions, let me know here - I'll be watching your talk page. Fleetflame · whack! whack! · 16:03, 10 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Ali Moeen Article

edit

{{helpme}} Thanks for the guidance. I wish to politely request the NPOV tag be removed or at least reviewed. There is sufficient reference in the notes to verify the disputed content. What do I do next while maintaining the right etiquette and positivity? thanx. --Ghostwriter67 (talk) 20:34, 10 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

If you remove all of the information from the article that is not cited to an appropriate reliable source, then it will adhere to a neutral point-of-view, and then the tags could be removed. There are not sufficient references to assert the facts, for example, "known as the Gulzar", "more than a hundred songs", the entire 'biography' section, and infact most of the article. Per the verifiability policy, any information that is not sourced may be removed.  Chzz  ►  21:14, 10 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
