April 2017 edit

With regard to the article Ten Wijngaerde (Begijnhof Brugge), please take into account that the official English word for the city is Bruges. Also, the term for the kind of building is béguinage/beguinage. Therefore, to be clear, these words are used in the English article. I am perfectly aware that the spoken language there is Flemish/Dutch. Kareldorado (talk) 19:24, 9 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

The same applies to the article about the beguinage in Leuven. Kareldorado (talk) 19:27, 9 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Hello Kareldorado, please don't be to enthousiastic with reverting the changes on the page of the beguinage of Leuven, there can be made some changes but please let me know what you want to see changed and why. Friendly greetings and thanks in advance! --Gentenaar~nlwiki (talk) 17:33, 10 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
"begijnhof of Brugge" schrijven "beguinage of Bruges". Groet, Kareldorado (talk) 19:06, 10 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Geen probleem, ik pas het onmiddellijk aan. --Gentenaar~nlwiki (talk) 21:12, 10 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of The Fall of the Islamic World edit

The article The Fall of the Islamic World has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence of notability. Does not appear to have been translated into English (I moved it to English title mistakenly, having misunderstood the lead to say that this was an English translation, but the ISBN there is for the Dutch version, and Worldcat shows no English translation).

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. PamD 09:20, 14 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
