Concerns regarding your two accounts and the usernames you've chosen

Hi there! I'm leaving you a message to let you know that your parent account (Detroit Institute of Arts), as well as this account - have both been soft blocked due to the usernames not being in compliance with this section of Wikipedia's username policy, because your parent account represents a group, club, organization, company, or corporation rather than an individual person - and because this account represents a company product rather than an individual person.

I also have concerns regarding this account, because you indicated here (using your other account) that this account is a doppelgänger of your parent account, Detroit Institute of Arts. According to this section of Wikipedia's sock puppetry policy, a doppelgänger account is "an account created with a username similar to your main account to prevent impersonation" and that "such accounts should not be used for editing". This is the only situation that qualifies an account to be considered as a doppelgänger of another one - it must be created with the sole purpose of preventing impersonation by other users by being spelled similarly to your parent account. For example: My username is Oshwah. To prevent impersonation by other users, I created an account with the username Oshhwah (spelled very closely to my main account) and redirected the user and user talk pages of that account to point to my main account. Your account here is not similar to your parent account in any way, and it cannot be justified to be considered a doppelgänger.

You need to do the following things in order to get yourself into compliance with Wikipedia's policies:

1. You need to pick one account between these two that you will use to edit from now on. I recommend that you choose your other account instead of this one, because it has more edits in your contribution history.
2. You need to choose an appropriate username (see Wikipedia's username policy for the rules regarding appropriate usernames). Then, follow the instructions provided on the user talk page of that account to request your username be changed to the new one you've chosen.

After you've done this, an admin (or myself) will rename your account and unblock it so that you can use it to edit.
