Hello! I’m quite new to Wikipedia, but I thought I had done a decent enough job in terms of citations to warrant the inclusion of this entry. I see that you’ve also tagged the (draft) article that it may be paid for. That is not the case. I’m just trying to contribute articles to wiki about a space that I’m interested. I like to read about VC funds and fast growing startups on TechCrunch in my spare time, for fun. I’m hoping that one day I can become an investor. I saw that some of the companies and VC funds that TechCrunch writes about don’t often have Wiki entries, or their journalists are reporting on startups who have Wiki pages which are very out of date. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. I see. Hmm this all seems a bit heavy handed but I understand the wider issue that’s trying to be addressed. However, that’s the not case here, and it’s a shame that Wikipedia’s stance is to assume that someone who enjoys writing about a particular subject must some vested financial interest that they’re not disclosing.
