Regarding Julian Farrand edit

You observed that he is bigger in the world of law than Wikipedia realises and deserves a page of his own on 26 September 2019. I agree. I did some preliminary searching for mentions of Farrand on Wikipedia and found a few but not a lot. That doesn't imply that he is unworthy! The law is far less popular on Wikipedia than insipid discontinued American television situation comedies. (I am a patriotic American citizen so no insult intended to my nation's majority mass media preferences.)

If I feel sufficiently motivated, I will write a biographical article (a BLP, "biography of living person" in Wiki argot) for Julian Farrand. I am a statistician, not an attorney, and could use some help. Would you be interested in providing WP:RS and WP:NPOV references for Julian Farrand? If so, please visit my talk page. We can discuss further there.

If this is not of further interest to you, please accept my apologies for intruding. I thank you for taking the time to make a helpful suggestion on Farrand's wife's BLP talk page.--FeralOink (talk) 22:27, 28 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

I'm afraid I am unable to help. I have had lunch, and played bridge, with Brenda and Julian, but that was quite a long time ago, and not all that personal. And if I had anything to share, I wouldn't share it! I'm afraid someone will have to look him up in official sources. Sorry. Fuficius Fango (talk) 17:42, 1 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

I understand! There is no need to apologize. Thank you for your prompt, courteous reply.--FeralOink (talk) 22:12, 5 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
