Substantial re-write of your essay "Competence is Required"

WP:Competence is required has been substantially rewritten. It can no longer be used to WP:OWN and WP:SCREW. But it retains and expands some key points. I urge you, and all your cronies and critics to reread it carefully.

Now, it can also be used by newcomers and other marginalized groups against incompetent senior editors and administrators.
